What does order management software do?
Order management software, or OMS, takes in orders from every source and tracks each one from confirmation to delivery. Your packing, dispatch and support staff all look at the same status, so nobody has to ask around to answer where an order is. We work with businesses in Delhi and across India.
The stages are set around your own process. A D2C brand may need payment checks, cash-on-delivery confirmation and courier labels. A distributor may need credit checks, partial dispatch and delivery against a dealer's purchase order. A manufacturer may need to send some orders to production before they can ship.
Marketplace and courier connections depend on what each service offers through its API, and on your seller account there. Where no API exists, orders can come in by file upload or be keyed in by your staff.

01Can it pull orders from Amazon and Flipkart?
These marketplaces offer seller APIs, and access depends on your seller account and their current rules. Where a connection is not possible, your team can upload the order report instead.
02Will stock update across all channels?
Stock inside the system updates on every order. Pushing it back to each marketplace depends on that channel's API, and we confirm what is possible for your channels before building.
03Can one order be shipped in parts?
Yes. Partial dispatch is common for dealers. The order stays open with the balance quantity showing until it is fully shipped or the remainder is cancelled.
04Can customers track their own orders?
Yes. A tracking page on your website can show the current stage, and SMS or WhatsApp updates can be added through a provider you have an account with.
05How much does order management software cost?
