01Who we are and what this covers

This policy explains how GrownBiz (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website and when you contact us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp.

It does not cover other websites we link to. Those sites have their own policies.

02Information we collect

• Details you give us: your name, phone number, email, company, website address, the service you are interested in and your message, when you fill in a form or contact us.
• Job applications: the details and CV you send through the careers page.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends, such as IP address, device type and pages visited, used for security and to understand how the site is used.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as bank details, passwords or health data through this website. Please do not send it.

03How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send quotes or proposals you asked for.
• To deliver and support services you have hired us for.
• To review job applications.
• To keep the website secure and stop spam and abuse.
• To improve our website and services.

We contact you only about the enquiry or service you asked about. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

04Spam protection

Our forms use a security code, hidden fields and rate limits to block automated spam. A short-lived session cookie is used for this and for the form security token.

05Cookies and analytics

The website uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work, such as the session cookie used by our forms.

If we add analytics or advertising tools (for example Google Analytics or ad conversion tracking), they may set their own cookies to measure visits and campaign results. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

06Who we share it with

We share information only when it is needed to run our business or deliver your project: for example with our email and hosting providers, or with a platform such as Google or Meta when we set up campaigns for you on your instruction.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Client project information is kept for the length of the engagement and as required for accounting and legal purposes. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Enquiries are stored in a private area of our server that is not accessible from the web, and the site uses HTTPS. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

09Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

10Children

Our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
