Refund Policy

01Our approach

Most of our work is a service delivered by people over time, so payments cover work already done. We explain the scope and payment stages in writing before you pay, so there are no surprises.

02Website, app and software projects

• Before work starts: if you cancel after paying the advance but before we begin, we refund the advance less any third-party costs already paid on your behalf.
• After work starts: the advance covers planning, design and development already done and is not refundable. If more work has been completed than the advance covers, that work is billed.
• After delivery or go-live: payments are not refundable. We fix bugs in the agreed scope as described in your proposal.

03Monthly services (SEO, social media, ads management)

Monthly services are billed in advance and can be stopped with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for a month that has started are not refundable.

Results such as rankings or lead numbers depend on factors outside our control, so a refund cannot be claimed because a particular result was not reached. We will always explain what was done and what we recommend next.

04Ad spend and third-party costs

Advertising budgets are paid directly to platforms such as Google or Meta and are governed by their own refund rules. Domains, hosting, paid plugins, themes, stock media and similar items bought for you are non-refundable once purchased.

05If we cannot deliver

If we are unable to deliver the agreed work for reasons on our side, we refund the payment for the part of the work not delivered.

06How to request a refund

Email us with your name, invoice number and the reason for the request. We review it against the proposal and reply within a few working days. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days of approval.

07Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Projects already under way follow the policy that applied when the proposal was approved.
